“From the moment I stepped inside I was welcomed by the guy at the front desk. Both front desk people were very friendly. The guy helped me and was very efficient in getting me checked in. He also had a beautiful smile and actually made me feel like he liked his job.
The young lady that took me back to the room was very sweet. She took my eye pictures and reassured me everything was going to be fine. She even offered to hold my hand if needed.
The doctor was very nice as well. He was honest with me and explained the procedure if I chose to proceed. He told me the diagnosis and assured me it wasn’t cancer. Surprisingly he told me that he wouldn’t do it if it was him and that if the cyst got bigger the procedure to remove it would be the same. I appreciated his honesty.“

“Came in today to try on glasses since I need a new prescription. When I walked in Sera stood up and greeted me right away. As I told her I was just looking Jennifer the GM for the store came up to me and helped me pick out a couple frames. I was so impressed with how professional and assertive everyone was and the sense of urgency to help me. I will definitely be returning and share my experience.“

“Honestly I was VERY nervous to come in for an exam today to the point I almost cancelled. They have an option to test with nothing going directly in my eye which is a game changer. Amy was amazing , if it was up to me she’d be getting a raise ! The admin were nice and the doctor has a very calming and light presence. If I didn’t have perfect vision I wouldn’t giving them my money hahaha“

“I just recently had to switch providers for optometry and chose to go with this one. I’m normally very particular with my providers and the way they conduct their services. This was everything I needed it to be. The staff members were very knowledgeable, offered great solutions for managing dry eyes, and set me up with contacts that feel great! They were also very friendly and comfortable to be around even shared a few good laughs. The Assistant Manager Maria offered one on one help with selecting the right frames and lenses for me.
