Friendly staff. Tried making appointments with a couple other eye doctors before this one and it was all just automated with no connection whatsoever. Nice to speak to a human being with great customer service. Call me old fashioned.
It’s always a pleasure to visit Dr. Meers and his team at Tacoma Eye! They are professional, friendly, and use the most cutting edge technologies to make sure my eyes are healthy. I have an artificial eye on one side, so it’s especially important to take care of the one good eye I have. Dr. Meers spends extra time and attention on my eye and even inspects my implant, to make sure there’s not a problem. (He didn’t do the implant, so technically not his responsibility) A++ from me. Can’t recommend Tacoma Eye at Westgate enough!
Everyone was so nice! Even after I asked a million billing questions! They took their time with me and made sure I understood what my benefits meant and how much insurance paid versus what I owed. And Dr. Meers was super helpful too! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident about making an informed decision on what type of contacts and glasses lenses I needed! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
