I've been going to this clinic for years now and started bringing my son recently as he was in need of glasses as well. I really enjoy Dr. Naidu, she's informative, laid back and knowledgeable. I feel like I can ask questions and get thorough responses and I never feel rushed. My vision has been changing quite a bit as I get up in age and my body is forcing me to try new prescriptions but my mind and routine wasn't ready. They've never made me feel bad about flip flopping between my old/new prescriptions and they have been super patient when trying out new combinations so that I can find something I am comfortable with. I have to say that although I was unable to make an appointment with them, the woman I spoke to was very nice and provided me with a great deal of information. She was very informative and calming, when I was experiencing vision problems.I can't speak for how the Opticians are, but I can say whomever answers the phone in that office is really nice and she cares.Thank you!
