“My mailbox was broken into. Called Howard & he answered & said he could come out the next morning. There he was, right on time. Took one look at the mailbox & said he wasn't going to charge the service fee, that I should take that money & buy a new mailbox. This one was flimsy & not worth the money to fix.If you look at the previous reviews, you'll see time & time again how many people call him honest and thorough. Not many businesses operate with this kind of ethical standard and it is so so refreshing and incredibly rare. Even though I wasn't a paying customer this time around, I had been thinking about replacing another lock in my house and he's won me over as a customer. I'm calling him back to get that project and any future ones.“

“I lost the ignition key to my car. Called the dealership who said it would take a few days to replace. Called another mobile locksmith who quoted me $350. Then called Automotive Locks Edmonds WA. My house was 5 minutes from where he was so he came right over, cut 2 keys in 15 minutes .The best!!“

“These guys are awesome! I needed copies made of my motorcycle’s unique ignition and fork lock keys. Had two shops that claimed to do motorcycle keys turn me away without even looking at the keys. I finally reached out to Broadway based on a recommendation.Eric was super cool on the phone and asked me to email a picture of the keys and blanks. From a single photo he confirmed they could do it but was able to tell that I had the wrong ignition key blanks. The difference was super subtle to my untrained eye. Saved me a trip down to cut keys that wouldn’t work.Once I had the right blanks I went down in person and in less than 10 minutes I had two new sets that worked perfectly. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!“

“David was amazing! Absolutely outstanding customer service! I brought in my 1992 Miata to get all 3 of my locks fixed (driver/passenger/trunk). When I bought the car none of my locks were functioning with a key or from the inside. He took a look at it and said he could get them all done with 3 hours labor, no problem. He did his absolute best to clean up and make my locks function once again since replacement cylinders were discontinued. Also rekeyed the trunk to be the same as the ignition and doors. As well as making 2 copies of the key for me.Overall I’m extremely happy with the outcome, definitely worth the price just for his great attitude towards what he does alone!“

“The process of duplicating my RFID card was quick and easy, and the price is reasonably priced. The only disappointment that I have is the selection for the duplicate, for the machine was only offering an RFID Key and no Key FOB or Key Card. To get the duplicate RFID as a Key FOB or Key Card then you will need to wait 3-5 days for it to be mailed. The kiosk program is a bit slow, and the directions provided by the machine is contradictory. For instance the instructions screen was displaying the “START” button near the very top of the screen, but the voice guidance was saying to press the “START” button down below and there is no start button located below the screen.“
