“Responsive, timely service from a properly licensed, fully license requirement compliant firm - highly recommended; when keypad deadbolt couldn't be repaired, did not require a repair charge, just the standard service call charge. When they returned to install the replacement keypad deadbolt, it was done carefully and efficiently so that it wasn't necessary to make new override keys. Totally satisfied with their service.”

“After spending days calling every glass company and supplier in the area trying to source commercial-grade storefront locks, I randomly found this company, and thank goodness I did.
While the initial phone rep was a bit awkward (mistaking me for a cold caller…?) things turned around instantly when technician Jacob reached out within minutes. I sent over the details I had, and he immediately figured out exactly what we needed. I had a formal quote and an ETA by the same afternoon.
Throughout the entire process, Jacob was attentive, fast, resourceful, and communicative. He made a stressful job completely seamless, and we truly appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend!”
