Wise Locksmith has been serving the community since 2006 as a full-service locksmith. They provide a range of services including house calls, fixing commercial and residential locks, and replacing vehicle key fobs. Customers appreciate their excellent customer service and expertise. The staff, including David and Christina, are known for putting customers first and making the experience as easy as possible. They take the time to ensure everything is done correctly and honestly, with reasonable charges and no upselling. One customer needed their garage door lock fixed after it jammed, and the locksmith explained the issue and options clearly. Another customer called to have a car key fob cut, and they quoted a fair price over the phone. The locksmith quickly cut the key, which worked perfectly. The business is located in a trailer on the left side of Bothell Everett Hwy, across from a pottery studio. Customers have praised their willingness to help with special requests and their dedication, such as coming out on a Sunday to rekey doors after a car theft.
I got myself into a pickle earlier today accidentally locking my keys inside my car. I walked up the street and found Chris at the Lynwood location; he immediately departed for my car and unlocked it extremely quickly - all within 10 minutes of me first talking to him. Price was extremely good too especially for the ridiculously fast service. Hats off and thank you for saving me today.
I only got one key with my car that I purchased used. The dealer said getting another key would be six months out. I just ordered one from Amazon and they did a great job. It’s a complicated smart key, but David got the new key up and running in just 15 minutes. I paid probably half what it would’ve cost me at the dealer anyways. I’ll highly recommend them ror your automotive or locksmith key needs.
Very helpful and friendly! I was assured they guaranteed their work and would fix anything that that wasn't right. I'm pleased with the service.
