Jacob did thorough and careful work along with some creative problem solving. I'm really happy with how everything turned out - it functions better and looks better too. I will definitely contact him again for any work I need in the future.

This was an emergency lockout and they did come at the set time around 9:30pm. He was also a very nice and professional person.

Sadly, he could not pick the basic lock and had to drill it out. I expected maybe a 200 dollar fee. It was $435.83 for them to ruin my lock and leave. I did get inside, but could have broken something for less money. Frustrating.

The company reached out and made this right. Put the price more in line with the other company I called.

So glad we found Emmanuel - he showed up within hours on a Sunday afternoon to install security cameras after an attempted break-in the night before. He was efficient and reasonably priced - absolutely recommend!
