Mystic Locksmith is a reliable and efficient business, offering quick assistance in lockout situations. Their team, including Spencer, provides excellent service, arriving within 30 minutes and delivering affordable prices. They are a trustworthy choice, especially in urgent situations, as they have no office receptionist or appointment system, ensuring a swift response. Customers have praised their helpfulness and straightforward approach, making them a top choice for locksmith services.
Spencer and Lexi just saved my life. Don't even call anywhere else, especially if you're in the UDistrict or close. They were here within 10 minutes, charged a very reasonable price for emergency services, and they went the extra mile to try all the available options before having to drill the lock. And they still made it so I can lock my door from the inside! The lock will have to be replaced, but at least I don't have to worry about that right away and can sleep safe tonight.
Plus they're incredibly nice and compassionate, I was so exhausted when I got home and they still made dealing with a stressful situation feel like it was just another day.
Thank you both so much… read full review
Spencer and Lexi were great to work with! We had three exterior doors that were not in need of emergency repair, but had various issues that had grown increasingly annoying and were not functioning properly. All three doors were fixed promptly and with great attention to detail. My whole family is thrilled to have functional doors again!
Very responsive and very kind! Spencer helped us secure my mother's apartment including rekeying and putting bars on the windows due to some family issues. He did not try to upcharge us, and instead gave us an honest assessment of the situation, and we are very thankful.
