Needed a trailer hitch removed. They weren’t able to pick the lock to get it off, but they tried free of charge and advised me on what to do next.. and for that I appreciate them.

Rekeyed my whole house. Took all of maybe 20 minutes. Technician right on time, super Professional, super skilled, super friendly. Only using Pacific from now on. Andrew is an absolute pro.

The worn ignition key to my Honda ST1300 broke in half when visiting a friend. After calling several other locksmiths, they were honest in their assessment. I decided to try them anyway as they were one of the very few who didn't try to gouge me due to my situation.He spent at least 20 or 30 minutes working on it, even discarding the first two attempts when they did not meet his exacting requirements.He told me several times he couldn't guarantee it, and I didn't have the bike present.Even though he had gone through three blanks, and spent much more time than normal, he honored his original quote, which was better than everyone else.When I finally got back to the bike...read full review
