Andrew is there for you when it counts! After our door was broken into, he responded quickly in a real emergency. Replacement parts were completely unavailable in Seattle, but Andrew got creative and managed to source what we needed. We ultimately decided to wait for standard parts to arrive.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on boosting our security to prevent future break-ins. Highly recommended!
Very discouraging trying to find a professional that's easy to communicate, fair pricing amongst the vast lock and key business but, Pacific Lock & Key stood out from the rest in every aspect of good business. Tech, Danny was all that and respectful. I appreciate you sir and I'll definitely recommend the company.
Extremely prompt, professional, no funny business customer service. Has a lot of useful and helpful accessories as well clearly out and available for purchase. Highly competent and recommended.
