Took one look at the mailbox & said he wasn't going to charge the service fee, that I should take that money & buy a new mailbox. This one was flimsy & not worth the money to fix.If you look at the previous reviews, you'll see time & time again how many people call him honest and thorough. Not many businesses operate with this kind of ethical standard and it is so so refreshing and incredibly rare. Even though I wasn't a paying customer this time around, I had been thinking about replacing another lock in my house and he's won me over as a customer. “The process of duplicating my RFID card was quick and easy, and the price is reasonably priced. The only disappointment that I have is the selection for the duplicate, for the machine was only offering an RFID Key and no Key FOB or Key Card. To get the duplicate RFID as a Key FOB or Key Card then you will need to wait 3-5 days for it to be mailed. The kiosk program is a bit slow, and the directions provided by the machine is contradictory. For instance the instructions screen was displaying the “START” button near the very top of the screen, but the voice guidance was saying to press the “START” button down below and there is no start button located below the screen.“
