“I am visiting from Texas and the nylon holding my lense broke. Fixable but I wasnt sure so I called a few places. The first 2 places I called I was met with poor customer support while asking questions. I called Kitsap optical for the 3rd.(times a charm) Doug answers, after explaining the exact things I did on the prior 2 calls he simply asks me how quickly I can get in there. I was able to make it before closing and he helped me out right away and I left within minutes with fixed glasses. He was also very friendly. I was going to let him just do his thing but he was asking me questions about texas and what not. Awesome place to go if you want to give good people your business.”

“The best. Prompt service, but they take their time with you. By prescribing me OTC vitamins, my early macular degeneration is reversing. Do the 3D internal eye exam... fancy picture... ready to compare to a previous visit. That's how I know we are reversing my early eye disease. Age 56”
