I visited to get my glasses fixed, and Taichi Nakajima did a phenomenal job. He replaced the broken nose pads and carefully adjusted the frame to fit perfectly on my nose.
He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. My glasses feel as good as new, and the fit is incredibly comfortable now. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Highly recommend!
Kitty Barrett is truly an amazing person. After I accidentally broke my nose pad while trying to fix my glasses myself (thanks to a failed Amazon DIY attempt), I called the store to see if they could help. Kitty was incredibly kind and even offered a few tips over the phone to save me a trip.
Unfortunately, my “skills” weren’t up to the task, so I decided to visit the store. I’m so glad I did. Kitty fixed my glasses in no time, replaced the nose pads, and even adjusted the frame perfectly—all completely free of charge.

I have been going to Optical Illusions for over 40 years. Their customer service and quality of eyewear is extraordinary and after trying a few less expensive options right after retiring, came back for their quality and commitment to make sure their customers are satisfied. I’ve worked with Taichi during most of those years and he was the perfect person to work with through the complications to my prescription after cataract surgery.
