I loved the private lessons as both of them met me where I was and helped me be more connected with my core and breath. Already, the work has helped me outside the studio in my running and strength training, with faster run times and ability to lift more with minimal soreness.
It was an easy transition to classes and all the instructors have been incredible in modifying workouts for your level. The small class sizes are a bonus too because you get so much personal attention that it feels like you’re in a private lesson anyway. You also feel very comfortable regardless of skill level because everyone, including fellow classmates, are so supportive and encouraging. Definitely recommend Studio Evolve to anyone who wants to add to their workout routines, recover after injury or just wants to be more connected with their body.“
“Studio 45 is a neighborhood gem! Classes are challenging and the exercises can be modified for all levels. Don't let the "low impact" fool you -- the slow and controlled movements will really activate your muscles and leave you feeling tighter and stronger. The instructors here are great, machines are clean, and the 45-minute classes fly by.“

Staff are friendly and over 5 years got to know several other folks on a similar schedule. There can be rush times with lots of buff dudes but as a consistent 6:30 - 7:30 am user we never had to wait for machines. Highly recommend for the value and friendliness“

Her understanding of how the body works together has depth I cannot explain. If you're looking for a way to move your body so it feels better, to address both mobility and chronic issues and help you do the more of the things that help you enjoy life to the fullest, look no further. West Seattle is lucky to have Beth.“

Her keen focus on body mechanics, form, and alignment has truly transformed the way I move and feel. Every session is thoughtfully designed, and she takes the time to ensure that each movement is performed with precision, helping me build strength while avoiding injury.
Her attention to detail and personalized approach make all the difference, and she has a gift for tailoring exercises to meet individual needs.
And of course, I have to mention her two adorable golden retrievers, Josh and Sam, who are always around to brighten my day with their cuteness. They make the studio feel even more welcoming and are such a delightful part of the experience.“

2215 Queen Anne Ave N #2313, Seattle“I enjoyed a private class very much, but when I came to group class, I could tell it’s not suitable for beginners even though they announce beginners are welcome. It was definitely inspiring to see all these women being so strong but unfortunately I am not one of them now. So I would appreciate if Inspire introduces more classes for beginners since now it’s only one a week and it’s hard to book. I’d like to continue training but more smooth rather they offer, as I don’t feel it’s for the good when my body is so stressed by intense class.“
“I've gone for over 6 years and it's an amazing studio. Kristin is amazing; professional, hilarious and instructs. “

“I <3 The Pilates Hub! I've been visiting this studio on and off for a few years, and even after a long absence, it's so refreshing to return to such thoughtful and encouraging teachers and classes that are interesting and fun, while still challenging. Pilates studios can be intimidating -- all the machines and props! or they can feel like a club with dim lights and a focus more on aesthetics -- but I just love the vibe at the hub, it is sooo welcoming, bright, and airy, and the instructors provide individualized tips and augmentations where needed. Plus they have cute merch! I make the trek across town here and there when I can to take classes at the hub, and am hoping and wishing that one day they'll open up another location in the central/south area!“
