Bad customer service. Told them to come if they gave me a better price than their competitors. They told me 80-120 when 24/7 locksmith was charging 160 but then said they’d be there in 30 mins now it’s been over an hour and they hang up on my calls.

Fast and friendly service. Great prices as well.Update:8/1/22 had a friend of mine call since I had great service the last time I used them, but this time was horrible. The guy that came out to help her was rude and loud. I didn't realize that he was even the technician at first because of the way he was speaking to my friend. He told her a very high price she said that was way to much so he says when I get there maybe we can work something out. What kind of service is that. The company is great this technician was a complete Moran and out of line with the way he speaks to customers.

This is the second time I have used their services.They have great communication. They respond by phone and in person quickly. They have excellent prices and they even recommended a place where we were able to get the car part we needed at half the price we thought we were going to have to pay. I HIGHLY recommend Emerald Locksmith.
