Exceptinal service! I was out of town and the person watching my home got locked out. I called, they verified my identity from afar, came out to rekey the lock the same afternoon. They were friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. Really really great experience.

Shelby Sampson is the new owner of Alki, West Seattle Key and Locksmith, and I couldn’t be happier with their services. It’s hard to find a real brick and mortar locksmith shop, and this one is fast, efficient, honest, and the staff is hard-working. Shelby is the new owner and she’s doing a great job and knows all the latest security locks available. I highly recommend this company!
