I recently had the 100+ year old mortise lock on my front door seize up on me and I needed to drill out the core. Afterwards, I tried to tinker with the lock a bit and in my naivete I managed to damage it such that the deadbolt couldn't move. The next day, I brought the lock down to Bergman's hoping that they could repair it. I really wanted to avoid retrofitting a more modern mortise lock (and likely drill more holes in my door). They are professional, easy to work with, and nice people! I've had them rekey my locks when turning over a property, and each time they are on time, quick, and easy to do business with.I'd highly recommend them if you need anything to do with locks.

Good quality keys, fair prices, and also very personable staff. I went in the other day with an existing key that worked but required some finesse, they suggested to 're-code' the key and 5 minutes later I was out of there with 2 new keys for less than $10. The new keys works perfectly now every time.
