I went in recently to have a lock keyed to an existing lock. When I showed it to the owner and explained what I was trying to do he told me that I could just switch the cylinders in the two locks and it would be a good and much quicker solution. He changed them out for me and didn’t even charge me for it. Now that’s service! Thank you Bergman’s!

Oh my goodness I was given the task to go and get about seven different keys copied
I remember there was one up the street from where I reside and saying that I wanted to deal with a human and not a machine I decided to check out this location
Oh my goodness this amazing individual by the name of Makai (i really hope I remembered correctly) ... was so attentive helpful patient kind amazing funny quick and cool
Help me get all seven keys copied and we even made up a system so that I knew which building they went to so by the time I got him back to the owner he wouldn't be confused either
