I went to CFM in Seattle to choose a flooring and find out the ETAs., and Amanda and Lydia helped me. They both are knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to guide me through the selection and available options.
Amanda called another CFM to check if they have the sample I wanted to see, and asked them to set it aside from me; she explained to me whom to ask there for the sample.
Lydia checked ETAs for several colors I chose, and made a file with the location and ETAs.
The store has a great selection, coordinates with other CFM stores in the area, and the staff is exceptional in their knowledge and customer service.
Visited for the first time upon recommendation from my contractor. The folks here were incredibly helpful and everything is wonderfully organized. I was able to borrow two samples very easily to take home and see how they looked in my kitchen in different lighting situations. I was very easy to order what I wanted. nice bonus that there’s plenty of free parking.
