We had an outstanding experience with L.L. Flooring. We had two floors of our Eastlake townhouse redone, with engineered hardwood on the second floor and stairs, and wood-like waterproof material on the basement, bedroom floor. It was easy to visit the showroom and the selection was great. We were helped very professionally. Communication was rapid and very clear, by email. Follow-up was outstanding. Delivery was on time and great. Installation took slightly longer than they thought, two very long days, but was done very, very well. Their bid was reasonable and they stuck to it. We travel a lot, and they worked with out schedules. I would use them again, any time.
