“We had a very good experience. Our salesman was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful to us when deciding what to do - stabilize vs lift. He came out twice at my request because my husband wasn’t available the first time. The permitting process was all handled by them- very smooth e-sign documents. The scheduler was kind, efficient and communicated very well. The crew was also very kind and communicated well! They did a great job and kept us informed the entire duration of the project. The site was left nice and tidy at the end. We are overall extremely happy with our choice of RJ. Thank you all around!!!“

“Bath planet sent out Ren to redo my shower. It went from a 3 x 3 to a 6 x 3 1/2. I’m super happy with how it turne Ren did a great job kept my house clean the whole time. Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.“
