“We contracted with Builder Land of Issaquah, WA, during summer 2026 for complete kitchen and guest bathroom remodels. Edward Stoul is the owner (and an engineer) who met with us to go over our plans. He is very knowledgeable, gave us good advice, was easy to work with, and provided detailed spreadsheets tracking the specific work areas of our project - with updated costs throughout. He has his own crews of licensed tradespeople and uses subcontractors for work outside of their expertise, such as cabinets (his team installed them), countertops, repairing, sanding, staining/sealing hardwood floors, and installing shower glass. All of his employees and crew were very polite, and were determined to do their best work, sometimes working late during long summer daylight hours. We are extremely pleased with the timeline and outcome of our project. We highly recommend Edward and Builder Land for your next project!”

“I can’t recommend Viktor’s Finishing enough. Vitaliy, Viktor, and their crew completely transformed our stairs to one of my favorite parts of the home. Their craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to structural integrity blew us away. Their work required opening a significant portion of our drywall to create an open tread look, and they installed new posts and handrails that are perfectly stain matched to our floors and remarkably sturdy. They even coached our separate flooring contractors how to install the treads properly. Two of the other contractors I worked with complimented their work and asked about their info! They also replaced our kitchen backsplash, and they were flexible with our renovation timeline throughout. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any woodworking needs!”

I went on the roof before and after and can attest to the quality of their work! The team who came to my home were professional, and went above and beyond to educate me on preventative maintenance that I can do to make sure that I have longevity on my home! Very professional and friendly over the phone and in person, and they were up front about pricing and didn't charge extra for the urgency. It's a big relief to know there's a great plumber nearby I can call for emergencies or just home improvements.”

Last year they installed a wood fence on my neighbor’s property and needed my yard to get access, so I got to talk to them and see their work in advance. I didn’t do much price comparison shopping but I didn’t want to because contractors who are nice and show up on time are worth the cost.
