Had a leaky roof was worried about costs. These guys came out and found expired sealant on a cable tie to my roof. Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.

SFW Construction was able to respond to an active leak in our Townhome's roof. The crew quickly identified the source of the leak (a rafter nail that had worked its way out of the rafter and through the shingles). They provided an accurate estimate for the scope of work.
