I do not overstate when I say that they are one of the most professional and skillful craftsmen I have ever worked with on any project. Igor’s team did multiple onsite measurement and project scoping visits several months prior to the start day and provided a detailed cost breakdown and a day-to-day schedule over the span of 1 month. Igor is excellent at communicating with us throughout every step and helped us with excellent recommendation on flooring color, baseboard choices and stair fitting. “We had a fantastic experience working with Seth and Annie at Kindred Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen remodel for us that included taking down some walls to use an adjacent bedroom to make our kitchen bigger and more open, as well as rebuilding an exterior wall to add a wall of windows and a sliding glass door, kitchen cabinet installation, flooring, interior doors/trimming for pantry, and building a large deck. All of the work was extremely high quality and professional. We planned a 3 month trip to be out of our house during the construction, so we were actually communicating with Seth from Mexico while he was working at/on our house. We felt super comfortable even being thousands of miles away, as Seth communicated regularly, sent extremely detailed and lengthy updates on the work each week with photos, and called and texted us whenever he wanted to run something by us. Seth is very honest and upfront about costs, what he recommends, what he does not recommend, and what the timeline and process looks like. He was always looking out for the best solution and recommendation and ensuring cost and time efficiency. Meeting him and getting a quote was a VERY different experience from other contractors we checked with, and it felt more like working with a trusted friend than a contractor. Everything was super transparent and clear from the start. Seth wants to do a top notch job and he does not cut any corners to ensure everything is up to code (and beyond) and looks seamless. Everyone has raved about our new kitchen and windows and our deck, and we are beyond happy. We would 100% work with Kindred Construction again and will recommend them to anyone.“

“Dallas, Heather, and their crew at West Coast Property Maintenance did a top notch job demolishing, framing, pouring, and texture finishing a new concrete floor in our carport. In addition, they added to a patio we had in the back yard, and a new walkway in front of the house. They showed up when they said they would, keeping my wife and me completely informed during the process. How refreshing! Highly recommended! Have already scheduled a new window install with Dallas, and working on our home project wish list for 2023. (9/1/2022) ~~ RH and AAMP.S. Update: Dallas did an awesome job installing a family room picture window where there wasn't one before. Heather kept us apprised of delays in window delivery (due to manufacturer) and scheduled Dallas to install the window the same week it was delivered. He constructed a wood window frame that matched the existing door frame and crown moulding (interior and exterior). Dallas and Heather are a dynamic duo. High praises for all their work!!
