“My visit with the doctor was perfectly fine the one reason I give a 4 stars review is because I received a text that I should arrive at 8.15 for my 8.30 am appointment however the office does not open until 8.30. So they had me wait outside and when mentioned that the answer was of yeah we need to change that. I feel that if you know that ii is happening you should at least open the door and let people wait inside. It makes me feel it was poor customer service.“

Dr. Cusic and his staff have been wonderful. It's definitely a process to get scleral lenses to fit comfortably and have clear vision, but Karen, Cherie, and Dr. Cusic are all willing to do what it takes to get things adjusted and make sure you're getting the best possible vision.“

I was in a restaurant that was a little bit dark looking out at a window where there was really bright light. His pre-surgery exams (two cataracts), the surgical procedures themselves, and post-op exams were done extremely professionally. In addition Dr. Wilbanks has a wonderful manner about him. Results were even better than I expected (laser-assisted standard lenses).“

Her attention to detail and calm approach made the visit very comfortable. The doctor’s assistant, Lis Renault, was also wonderful—she clearly explained my insurance coverage and walked me through several options with patience and kindness. “I’ve been going to Vista Optical for years and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive frames.
During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn’t have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. The optometrist (Dr. Kwok) was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions.“

“What a pleasant experience! The selection, quality and craftsmanship went above and beyond my expectations. The shop owner is very kind and took the time to explain and provide examples for various lenses that would work with my high prescription. They have the newest styles including light weight, quality metal frames at an incredible price! In under an hour I had new frames and high index lenses cut to perfection for less than the frame price at other stores. The shop owner even adjusted and repaired my sunglasses for free. This will be the only place I get glasses from now on. Thank you!“
