They worked with me on timing to cut over my critical work infrastructure to generator power so I could work from home during the outage. They took the time to answer my questions that came up during the work. They covered nearby stuff with plastic drapes to prevent it from getting dusty. They cleaned up meticulously.

The work itself looks great! The drywall damage is minimal. The wires are very neatly routed inside the panel. The breakers are labeled well. The new equipment presents as high quality and installed with professionalism. The pride they take in their work is evident.

The invoice arrived by email just as the installers were driving away. Payment was easy, using a credit card on their payment portal. The invoice matched the estimate dollar for dollar, no surprises. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.“
