I was on the market for a new AC unit and after speaking with five service providers, McFarland was the easy choice. A locally owned and established business, it was clear the operate with integrity and do great work. They showed up on time, were patient with all my questions, had a very competitive quote, and now we love our new unit.

Amazingly professional, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They will not over sale you when you purchase your equipment, instead they will place the best piece of equipment in your home at the best price. My elderly dad's home still had baseboard heaters and they were slowly failing. We had several companies come and provide a quote and not only was McFarland a great price, their demeanor put us at ease that they were the best suited for this job.They did a wonderful job, my dad enjoyed talking to them and they were kind enough to chat with a lonly 90 year old and make him feel appreciated.Clean-up as immaculate. Communication was impeccable and we could not be more happy.
