“I am not affiliated with Intermountain Glass Inc., a paid spokesperson, or BOT posting this review. What I am is a VERY happy customer. I contacted IGI in July'23 to discuss window replacement options for my 1997 built home. Russ King immediately came out to provide product information, preliminary measurements, and a general timeline of the process of replacing some of my failed Alpine (yuk!) windows. Shortly thereafter, I received my initial quote from IGI. I reviewed the very detailed quote, added & subtracted a few items to fit within my budget. Russ not only re-worked the quote in minimal time, but also offered information on how to gain a rebate from Milgard to help lessen the cost. After providing 50% down payment, I was connected with Rebeca Carrillo at IGI, my personal project manager managing the order of windows with Milgard and the scheduling of final measurement with Jose and the installers once the windows were built. Rebeca represents what EVERY contractor out there could learn from: Communication. Rebeca contacted me no less than a dozen times throughout this quoting, ordering, scheduling, and installing process updating me on ordering status, available dates for final measurements, Installation, what IGI expects when they arrive (space to work) and what I can expect from IGI (my home being treated as if it were their own). On day 1 of installation I was greeted by Riley, Courtney, and Richie. We walked around the home and reviewed the windows to be removed/installed and the timeline required to do so. What was so impressive with this crew was their team communication, knowledge of their tasks, and care/quality they put into their work. Riley, Courtney, and Richie were great to talk to, easy going, and never seemed stressed. They completed the install of 4 windows in record time. Two of these windows were extremely challenging due to their size, weight, and location on the house. The team didn't even flinch. Upon completion of each day, they cleaned up after themselves to the point you would not have known they were even here. Did I mention communication? They alerted me to work they completed as well as what was up and coming. At the end of the installation, Riley walked me through all of the installations and how the new windows operate. He also reviewed the paperwork, warranty, and made sure I approved of the work before they accepted final payment. This has been by far the most pleasant, professional, and well communicated home project I have ever experienced. Kudos to Intermountain Glass Inc. (Emerald City Energy), Russ, Jose, Rebeca, Riley, Courtney, and Richie! You have a customer for life!“

We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. Overall, great level of expertise, well done work, and really reliable. Would definitely hire again.“

“I recently called for Landmark Roofing & Siding to solve the mental roof skylight leaking problem of our 65 years old house. The company is easy to reach out and set the visiting efficiently. The engineer, Steve, is very professional. He arrived on time and did a careful evaluation. The suggestions he provided were so valuable. Although the company cannot solve the complicated problem caused by metal shingle, which is rare on the current market, I do appreciate Steve’s guide to find the right company to help. Highly recommend Landmark if you don’t have such a complicated skylight leaking problem as ours.“
