The person who came to measure caught an error in sizing from the previous window installation in this home (2004), and figured out they could fit even bigger windows, opening up the space further. “Scheduled to have windows replaced in the middle of January. The crew that came out did a decent job overall though there were quite a few times where I wished that they would slow down and check their work more often. Understand that not everything will be perfect but I probably shouldn't have been the one to have to point thing out like basic window operation not being correct, missing exterior caulking, etc. Some issues were fixed the day of install but most needed several service calls to address. As of today (two months later), I am still waiting for two defective windows to be replaced in the kitchen. The front office phone reps were all great as is the service tech that has come out the last three times. I just wish I didn't need to adjust my schedule to accommodate all of these visits. Since I'm still waiting for the original job to be completed, I can't in good conscience leave a review better than two stars. 4/14/26: Windows were completed today. Thank you to Kevin and Aaron for taking my concerns seriously and getting everything done.“

“Five stars are not enough for Eric and his installation crew at Cherry Creek. They installed twenty Marvin replacement windows over two days this week. And they were perfect: communication, expertise, caring for the house and keeping it clean and tidy. We were anxious as the installation day approached because we are living in the house with a 5-month-old puppy. We worried about the noise, the dirt and dust, and having unknown people working on every side and floor of the house. None of those worries were necessary: all four of the team were polite, mostly surprisingly quiet, fast, thorough, and great at what they do. Of course, we loved the cleanup and removal at the end. We recommend them 110%.“
