He listened well, offered me some more context surrounding the situation and also asked what he could do to make it right. It is my sense that NearMe Roofing is a truly honest and caring company; there were some details that could have been better communicated, I think - (I am still a little muddled on some of the roof project specifics and working to get this cleared up) - but on the whole, I found everyone at NearMe to be operating with integrity and care. I REALLY appreciate the time and energy spent in remedying the situation.
