I recently called for Landmark Roofing & Siding to solve the mental roof skylight leaking problem of our 65 years old house. The company is easy to reach out and set the visiting efficiently. The engineer, Steve, is very professional. He arrived on time and did a careful evaluation. The suggestions he provided were so valuable. Although the company cannot solve the complicated problem caused by metal shingle, which is rare on the current market, I do appreciate Steve’s guide to find the right company to help. Highly recommend Landmark if you don’t have such a complicated skylight leaking problem as ours.

Having a roof installed by Landmark Roofing was painless. All teams were exceptionally courteous. All schedules were clear and all deadlines were met. After the install the work site was cleaned very, very, well.

Landmark just completed an excellent job installing a Certainteed roof, Marvin windows and replaced cedar siding with Hardie siding on our 1979 Kirkland home. We researched all the products and endured lengthy sales presentations from 4 different companies. Rener assured us they use the best products and employ their own crews, not subcontractors.
