“Scheduled to have windows replaced in the middle of January. The crew that came out did a decent job overall though there were quite a few times where I wished that they would slow down and check their work more often. Understand that not everything will be perfect but I probably shouldn't have been the one to have to point thing out like basic window operation not being correct, missing exterior caulking, etc. Some issues were fixed the day of install but most needed several service calls to address. As of today (two months later), I am still waiting for two defective windows to be replaced in the kitchen. The front office phone reps were all great as is the service tech that has come out the last three times. I just wish I didn't need to adjust my schedule to accommodate all of these visits. Since I'm still waiting for the original job to be completed, I can't in good conscience leave a review better than two stars. 4/14/26: Windows were completed today. Thank you to Kevin and Aaron for taking my concerns seriously and getting everything done.“

“My experience and interaction with Goldfinch was superb! I see these 1 star reviews from Joey Lauren Tate Andrea Brad Irk Dan etc and I just don’t get it. Complaining because somebody threw a cigarette out the car window and others complaining because they didn’t get a call back the first time…cmon man??!! But to be fair, this is America and everybody has a right to their opinion and their perspective. With that said, I called Goldfinch for a residential bid for 5 windows. A very reasonable bid came back with a leeway time of about 1 month. Steve and Joe showed up at 8am on the button and installed all 5 windows. Both guys were professional, respectful and showed care for our home by prepping with drop cloths and cleaning up after the job. They had the job completed by noon! I highly recommend Goldfinch and will utilize their services again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
