a good place to live. My wife and I have been living here for 3 years and it is a good complex. I have been living in the X, U and AA buildings 2bd2ba all but the x buliding 2bd1ba since i have 2 kids and the walls are thin but its still ok.

Marcus G is a phenomenal service/maintenance technician. Had a dishwasher leaking issue for the longest time. He came in, inspected, immediately got us a new one without hesitation. Came to install one as soon as new one arrived. Also water heater. Changed it immediately after new one arrived. He got things done real quick with immediate turnarounds. Highly recommend him for maintenance issues to resolve. Professional, communicative, quick and efficient. Thank you Marcus.

New to the area and moved in recently. Had a leaky faucet and sent in a maintenance request, and was helped by Mark Gallardo who came over and solved the problem promptly. Mark spared no effort in fixing the leak and was super friendly the whole time, even recommending places to visit and avoid here. This was my first experience with the maintenance team and it was definitely a positive one. Thanks Mark!
