I've tried others (other highly recommended 5 star reviewed) in times when he's not available and they never get it done. Hurt my back on Friday, saw another provider for minimal to no relief, saw Dr. Ablett today and back to 100%. He should really do some seminars or educational content for other chiropractors.“

6515 132nd Ave NE, Kirkland“I have been coming here for almost three years now. When I first started, I was struggling with a herniated disc that caused numbness in my leg and severe lower back pain. I even had spinal injections at the hospital, but nothing helped. Then I started coming here, and things completely changed.
Dr. Ted,the chiropractor, always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Since starting decompression therapy (almost a year ago now), my numbness and pain have not returned. He has also treated me for neck pain and elbow inflammation, adjusting the treatment to my needs each time. This has truly become one of the clinics I feel I can always rely on.
At the same time, Sharon, the massage therapist, is amazing. Her massages are so relaxing and help ease my muscle tension—something I always look forward to. I also see Joe, the PT, every week to make sure my herniated disc doesn’t flare up again. He explains everything so clearly and is very supportive.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the office has such a bright and positive atmosphere. After all these years, I can honestly say this is one of the easiest and most comfortable chiropractic offices to keep coming back to, and I’m truly grateful for their care.“

12911 120th Ave NE suite e60, Kirkland“Our daughter had torticollis and a strong head-turn preference that led to plagiocephaly and asymmetric motor skills, so we started physical therapy at First Step when she was just 2 months old. Working with Anyssa Ruiz Fairchild was one of the best decisions we made as first-time parents.
Anyssa not only helped fully resolve our daughter’s torticollis and head-turn preference, but also supported her overall motor development and confidence. By the time our daughter graduated at 8 months old, she was testing in the 90th percentile for motor skills — an outcome we truly credit to Anyssa’s expertise and care.
At every visit, Anyssa treated our baby with so much compassion and attentiveness, and she always took the time to clearly explain what she was seeing and why certain exercises mattered. She gave us practical, easy-to-follow exercises to do at home, which made us feel empowered and confident between sessions — especially as first-time parents.
We are incredibly grateful to First Step and to Anyssa for changing our daughter’s trajectory and setting her up for long-term success. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.“

10600 NE 68th St Ste C, Kirkland“I was a patient at SPT Kirkland for two separate injuries in the past 2 years and they've been an exceptional resource towards getting me back to normal activities. Harrison and Darren are very talented and able to focus on addressing specific areas of treatment with a variety of approaches. Brystel was always great in handling scheduling and payments.
I was able to recover from a back injury within a few months and am very grateful. Highly recommend this team and location.“

She’s definitely helped me with that and is also helping me with my knees. She’s taught me a new way to walk and move my body. I feel much more comfortable and natural in my body and have a newfound awareness of how I move. Laura is a great teacher and practitioner of the Feldenkrais method. –Kirk Knight“

284 Central Way, Kirkland“Our family has had an outstanding experience with Heidi Kodeski, PT and owner of Elite Performance and Therapy in Kirkland. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares for each of us, including guiding my son through rehab after his ankle surgery. What really sets her apart is her expertise and how hands-on she is—she does not rely on assistants in her PT practice.
Every session is tailored to the unique situation of the patient. Depending on the injury, she often finishes with exactly what’s needed, whether it’s muscle stimulation, icing, the Graston technique, or another targeted modality. We’ve seen fantastic results and always feel heard and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch, attentive physical therapy.“
