Had a heating issue with my dryer.Same day and swift scheduling with Hotwire.Matt was the technician who came in he had friendly demeanor and easy going.He singlehandedly took apart the whole dryer.He spent over an hour fixing the unit and finally got the job done.Highly recommended,will definitely look for Matt next time I need help.
I’m very pleased with this company. I called in the morning and they had an appointment available late afternoon. They were on time and efficient. Oleg and Alex were very professional. They diagnosed the problem on my appliances promptly and took care of it. They were very friendly And I have every confident in their service
