We had a clog that was difficult to diagnose and required multiple points of inspection. Anthony did an incredible job making sure to only do what was required and educate us on your plumbing system every step of the way.
When it came to the fix their crew was quick and efficient. We hope to not need their services again but if we do we know who to call :)“

1141 NW 53rd St, Seattle“Ben’s Plumbing is amazing! I’ve had two plumbing emergencies and they absolutely came through both times.
The first was in the middle of the night on a Sunday, and Nick showed up in under 30 minutes. He was so kind, professional, and calm, and he fixed everything fast while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was more than fair for an after-hours call.
When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. Nick then came out after hours that evening and fixed the issue at a great price.
If you ever need a plumber, seriously call Ben’s Plumbing. They’re fast, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Huge thank you to Nick, Josh, and Eph for being absolute lifesavers!“

700 NW 42nd St UNIT 203, Seattle“Bruce and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work. Throughout our kitchen repair they were fair, fast, and expert in their work. On Bruce's first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!“

5470 Shilshole Ave NW #301, Seattle“I've worked with 2 sons in both a design and emergency capacity. For the design, they installed a tankless heater in series with our heat pump water heater. It's been running swell, install was fast and on time & budget, and they were one of the few willing to take on a job of the complexity (didn't think it was that complex but apparently other plumbers we reached out to thought it was?) Second time was for our drainage pump alarm going off. They promised to come out the next day on a weekend but found some time to squeeze me in about an hour after I initially called. Apparently my float valves were stuck. Also super fast, professional, and they reduced the price given it wasn't a failing pump as I initially feared and thus the time wasn't as long as estimated. Fair and competent plumbers, will work with them again.“

4321 Leary Wy NW, Seattle“For Pacific Trenchless aka Budget Sewer Inc. - Another plumbing company came out to address a backup in our basement sink but ran into trouble getting the snake through due to roots and debris. After running a camera, they identified a serious blockage. To clear it, they said it would require cutting a hole in the deck, digging down 9 feet over an 8-foot stretch, and quoted $12,500 just to clear the blockage. If the pipe was in bad condition, they recommended installing a sleeve--if salvageable--or potentially replacing the pipe entirely, which would cost significantly more.
I decided to get four bids, and they varied widely, ranging from a few thousand to over $22,000. These estimates included clearing the blockage and, in some cases, adding a sleeve. Budget Sewer gave a fair initial quote that didn't include the sleeve, but once they opened things up, it was clear the sleeve was necessary.
I ended up paying just over $14,600, and I believe it was a fair price for the work done. They started at 7:45 a.m. on a Tuesday and finished by 10 a.m. Thursday. They did an excellent job removing and reinstalling the deck--something none of the other bids included--and left the area clean and looking just as it did before they started.
I would absolutely recommend Aiden and his team. They were punctual, hardworking, and very professional throughout the entire process.“
“I have to put in a good word for Bainbridge Island Plumbing. Despite working 13-hour days of late during the cold snap, they were still able to fit my repair job in when they happened to be in the area. They replaced the brass pipe with more expandable PEX (polyethylene), and the faucet as well. All for a very reasonable price. Quick and professional.“

4825 NE Totten Rd, Poulsbo“Thane did an OUTSTANDING job diagnosing and fixing our leak, removing unnecessary pipe, suggesting the best way to dry the crawl space, and suggesting things he saw working under the house that I'd want other trades to address. The icing on the cake was your rearranging calls to get to us the next day. Truman is the BEST!“
