George got back to me within a few hours of submitting my quote request to his website and was able to come out to my house the next morning. He arrived right at the scheduled time and was able to walk me through the diagnoses of my plumbing issues and provide me options for fixes. George cam recommended be a neighbor and now I can understand why. When I awoke in the morning, we had a blocked septic line affecting the entire house. With the neighbor’s recommendation, I rang Gallant mid-morning. After asking several probing questions about the behavior, he said he could make it to my place by approx 3 pm that same afternoon. He did and then proceeded to work through one complication after another on my 1960’s vintage system (manually digging through hard pan, ALL on the hottest day of this year!). On the day of my son's graduation, my kitchen sink was clogged and sprung a leak. I called around and George said he could come in 30 minutes. He was in and out in about an hour. Saved my bacon that day! My parents arrived just a few hours later. Thanks George!
