“l really like the material used and the design great; however there were areas that were not completed satisfactory and to me seemed flawed. Specifically, the gutter edges are not smooth. They seem to be bent in an unfinished, unfitting way. And also one off the shingles seem to be torn. When I questioned the laborer abut the shingle he state it could not be fixed and when I questioned him about the way the ends fitted around the gutters he directed me to look at my neighbors roof.and stated that is the way they are supposed to look. I thought my salesman told me my gutters were going to be cleaned but this did not happen and when I asked the laborer about cleaning my gutters he laughed and said oh no we don’t do that.“
