My first experience there was phenomenal! Friendly staffs and a very clean; nice atmosphere. It was my first time here to get my hair permanent straight done. I used to go to the other shop in Renton but my turned out wasn't that great and paid a lot more. At Phi's, it was affordable and the turned out was much better. I'm so happy that I don't have to use my flat ion every morning anymore. Thanks God! I have saved a lot of my morning time for sleeping in or go to the gym instead of fixing my hair before I'm going to work.

My mom's been going here for years so they're probably doing something right. She's taken me here a handful of times and each time I left with a very nice haircut, and this time being a very good hair coloring!

I just came today to cut off the damaged hair that another salon did. Five stars isn't enough! I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I received at this hair salon. I had an appointment with Phi. He was incredibly talented and listened to exactly what I wanted. The service, quality, and attention to detail are top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional hair experience!
