Both should be updated if they no longer accept it. Response I received via email was polite, at least.“

“We had a great experience for my daughter’s first ever eye exam to see if she needed glasses or not. The front desk and doctor were very friendly, and answered any questions we had. We love that they are located in Costco, which makes things so convenient for us. Unfortunately they didn’t accept our insurance, but even the out of pocket cost without insurance was great compared to other places, so no complaints here. It was a quick exam, but the Doctor did an amazing job explaining to my daughter and I what he was doing, and the results of the exam. Would definitely recommend for others to come here!“

I had to skip a year before because they were short staffed and now I decided I will always wait for them to make appointment.
