“I’ve been coming here for years. Hands down my favorite place for glasses and continued eye care. They’ve exceeded my expectations last time we came in. My child’s glasses were broken. Was planning on paying for them. Was informed that they were on warranty and they’ve fixed them for free. Did I mention we didn’t bring the arms of the glasses that were broken. They took the lenses out and put them in the floor frames so there was no wait for fixing them.“

“I went there pre-covid and did not have a good experience. The Dr. rushed my appt, barely said 2 words and was gone in less than 10 minutes. I don't know the name of the Dr back then or the one we had today. They do not introduce themselves. I think it was the same one but I can't say for sure. Anyway, totally different experience today. He was thorough and explained what was going on with my son. My son is almost completely blind in his right eye and 20/30 in his left. He gave me advice on vision therapy and explained there was still hope for my son's vision. He was very kind and helped us pick glasses that were appropriate for him. It was pretty spendy $650 because he needs special lenses and a back up pair that our state medical covered. I also got an exam and have state medical. Reception was helpful and friendly. I didn't feel less than or treated badly for state medical like I have read on some reviews. Their glasses are quite expensive. I will get mine from warby Parker.
