Office does NOT accept Provider One, despite being listed on HCA.WA.gov's active provider list for children and their schedule appointment link leads to an old website listing it as an accepted insurance. Both should be updated if they no longer accept it. Response I received via email was polite, at least.

I have had two offices attempt to make a correct prescription and a total of 8 reprints of my perspective lenses and both offices failed..This office nailed my prescription the first time..Dr is amazing and the best I have experience and the opticians are magnificent and very skilled.
