Had an eye emergency and was able to be seen the same day. Dr. Johnson was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great education about my condition. I was comfortable and the time was taken to answer every question I had. I'm thankful that my condition was not as serious as feared and appreciated all of the caring staff who helped. The providers and staff at Cascade Eye and Skin are always fantastic. I frequent both downtown Puyallup, sunrise and University Place. I have never had a bad experience. Libby Firmin is fantastic!
Great eye care. I was surprised at negative reviews! We've been going here for over five years and have always had, overall. a good experience. The assistants and doctors are mindful of my concerns, answer all my questions, and the only time I had an issue with billing, it was taken care of without a problem. When it comes to finding the right pair of glasses, those in that little, tucked away area have been terrific! Again, they are thorough and make sure I understand my coverage, etc. I appreciate the care and expertise that have been shared with me these past few years!!
