We had a fascia tail on our second story roof with paint that failed and was peeling due to it not being primed properly by the builder. Handy Andy came out very quickly (the next day) to inspect and put together an estimate. The fascia tail was then repaired several days later and sanded down followed by priming and painting. We really appreciate the work! It looks very clean. We were eager to get to it before the wood rotted in the future because of rain. We highly recommend Handy Andy! The coordination and scheduling was easy too.
I cannot say enough good things about this team. They were on the scene immediately when I had water damage and approached the situation with care and clear expertise from day one. Communication was excellent throughout the mitigation process. I was kept informed at every step and given thoughtful, practical guidance on how to navigate what was a very overwhelming situation.
Ana, the project manager, was fabulous. Despite my project being relatively small in scale, she consistently made me feel valued and prioritized. She was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, reassuring, and made sure everything stayed on track.
