“Got 3 quotes for small leak around B-vent in roof. 1st guy tried to sell us gutters and fix for 16k. Just to fix the leak was 2600. 2nd guy wanted 1000 cash but couldn't come until after the new year (leak happened week before Xmas). Explained to issue to the guy at forever roofing and hey offered to fix it for less than $600. Didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need or pad the bill, just fixed the problem. “I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

Overall, I am super happy with Pro Build Construction, and they will always be my go-to general contractor for any commercial projects!

Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.“
