“In approximately 2014 or 2015, while working in a Bellevue, WA real estate office, I was tasked with finding a roofer for a high-end waterfront home with a flat roof. After extensive research, I relayed the information I found regarding Tekline, and the owner of the home elected to use Tekline to replace their roof.In 2016, I purchased a home of my own with a flat roof. Though the home was older, it initially appeared that the old roof still had some life left in it. However, I noticed a leak in an unobtrusive corner shortly after I closed on the house. Remembering the research I had previously done on Tekline, I hired Tekline to replace the roof that summer, and have been happy with the membrane roof since.Seven years later, in the summer of 2023, I had an extensive exterior renovation done on the house, including new windows and siding. The fascia for the roof had to be removed in order to install the new siding up behind it. When the fascia was removed, my contractor discovered that a portion of the edge of the roof had been installed incorrectly. We brought this to the attention of Tekline, and the company sent a representative out the next day. They agreed that the installation in that part of the roof edge was incorrect, and made arrangements to have the repair done at the earliest opportunity. I was so very impressed that Tekline hesitated not even a moment in honoring their warranty, and took rapid steps to correct the problem at no cost to me. At a time when so much in the world feels disposable, it was a distinct pleasure to find that I had chosen to work with a company that takes the long view. I could not be more impressed.“

“Russ was super responsive getting estimates and during the bidding process. Competitively priced (wasn't my first priority though), masterful weather forecasting in navigating the crummy weather this spring and his team did fantastic work.I had three layers of composite shingles stacked on one another. Apparently 3-4 tons of material EACH. To get it all done and the roof sealed in the one dry day we had in a week, they hit it with an army of people but by doing so, were able to finish the job at a time when others would not have been working. Working from home that day may not have been the best idea (I have new respect for people living through a shelling now...) but they got the job done, well, and you'd almost not known they were there after they left.Services: Roof installation“

We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. “In 2023, our roof turned 30 years old and we were concerned about it so we started looking for roofers that were reasonably priced and provided good to great value. We found great reviews on Rainier Roofing Company and decided to check them out. Anthony, their inspector/sales guy was our first contact and he inspected our roof not only outside but inside in our attic where he found several leaks around pipes and vents and moist areas in the plywood sheeting. This meant the plywood, underpayment and shingles had failed to keep water out and was threatening our interior drywall. I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge as he showed me outside where flashing was failing around our chimney and told me about new flapper valves for pipes and venting to let exhaust out but keep water from getting in, and he showed me the quality products Rainier Roofing insists on using because they are all about quality and value. Upon his inspection he took pictures to show us the leaks in the attic and I also saw those with my own eyes.They gave us an absolutely fair and competitive quote for the job! We hired them and are so glad we did. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof, including 14 sheets of new plywood, and Michael, the project manager and his foreman kept me informed with progress reports including more than 80 photos in phone texts showing the damage and the progress on repairs. After it was all done, in a mere 3 days time mind you, Michael gave me a walkthrough of the work for my approval.To sum up:I found that Rainier Roofing is a company full of knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, quality and customer service-driven staff, and has more than fair and competitive pricing. They also provide financing if anyone needs that. If you need roof repair or a new roof altogether, take my advice and call them first. We're so glad we did!“

“When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison.Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. All of this added up to what felt like a great working relationship.We coordinated a start date, but adjusted because of the weather, and when the crew showed up to begin work, they were extremely kind and respectful. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going.I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle. They were incredibly professional, provided fair estimates, and were a delight to work with. Highly recommend!“
