“Had a new standing seam roof, fascia boards, and gutters installed on my house. The crew was great, minimal disruption, high quality work, and the few concerns I had were dealt with without issue or fuss. They quoted full replacement of CDX panels but once the old roof was removed they determined it wasn’t actually required and they replaced only the ones that needed it, saving me money. The crew was also able to handle some unexpected damage that was found without delaying the project. They even cleaned up after themselves, which in my experience is rare with contractors for some reason! Will be looking into K Single again for more projects in the future.”
