Replacing a roof is a BIG investment, and I had a LOT of questions along the way—and when I say a lot, I mean I absolutely pummeled Brad with questions! Brad was incredible. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident with my decision.<br>Sarah was equally wonderful! She made the scheduling and payment process incredibly easy and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes.<br>Then the crew.... Jose and his crew were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard, stayed on task, were respectful of our home and property, and did an AMAZING job. I was so impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and how efficiently they worked.<br>Aiden, the Assistant Project Manager, and the other Project Manager (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember—I'm so sorry!) were also wonderful. They were upfront about everything, kept me informed throughout the project, and the communication every step of the way was excellent. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what came next.<br>And what really impressed me was that the service didn't stop when the roof was finished. Joe, the Senior Project Manager, came out afterward and personally performed the final inspection to make sure everything had been completed correctly and met their standards. That extra level of accountability says so much about this company.<br>I had a lot of companies come out and give me quotes and Bates left me feeling extremely confident in the decision that I made.<br>From my very first conversation to the final inspection, I felt like Bates Roofing genuinely cared about doing the job RIGHT—not just getting the job done.<br>I did my homework before choosing a roofing company, asked approximately 5,000 questions lol, and I can confidently say I am SO happy I chose Bates Roofing. I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!<br>Professional. Honest. Responsive. Respectful. Thorough. They also had an inspector come out and take photos afterwards so I can compare what things looked like before and after. Jed came out before work started , took pictures, explained everything to me, gave me options with no pressure, and never got tired of my many questions.
