When he arrived, he was polite, concerned about our floors (ready to use shoe covers and mindful about tracking dirt/debris in). He even taught me (because I asked out of curiosity) about how some of the parts worked to keep my AC running. Sean quickly and efficiently fixed the unit and worked to even improve it (leveling and stabilization) beyond how he found it. “We had water damage to our kitchen leading into our garage. We had a company come out and help us and recommended these guys. The entire team was cool. We had a mishap in the beginning with them, but they resolved it rather quickly allowing us to get our kitchen, floors, electrical, paint, drywall, and everything else fixed an done. Brandon is a nice understanding individual and our project manager Bo helped us alot he was always updating and communicating, his team that he sent out for all the needs we had were outstanding and polite, they cleaned up after themselves didn't leave anything for me to clean up, they were easy to talk to and ask questions on anything, they asked me questions and making sure certain things were okay. I have dogs and they would also let me know and tell me if they were going to be extra loud that day wether cutting and drilling inside or outside. He made sure we had everything to code he would stop by an check in on the project. I didn't feel like I was left hanging or being ignored. I didn't talk to Bryan much but the few times I did he seemed understanding and flexible with our situation trying to help us as well.“

We had a bad experience with another company in Tacoma so I was nervous to trust again. The other company took three weeks, never had a foreman on site, and didn't deliver the ridge vent that was in the contract until I told them to stop work or put the correct one on. These guys put the new roof on our home in three days. It is straight and clean. The overhang is perfect. The ridge vent is exactly what I wanted to keep bees out (snap-z). They even made an extra trip to the site to cut the wood stove pipe and install bathroom vents. If you are looking for professionals to install a metal roof, these guys are the ones you want.“
