“I have done business with Curtis and his team a few times now. They are efficient, thorough, and take the time to understand your needs and how to meet them. In this last service it was to repair and/or replace gutters that were not standing up to use. They went above and beyond, doing more than was required. They were very prompt to respond to us and come out to give us a bid. We felt the bid to be very reasonable for the work that needed to be done, and Leo left us with a feeling of trust. “My wife and I were looking at repairing cedar shake siding from **** so that we could put on a new coat of paint. Our quotes for paint were complicated by having leaded paint from decades ago underneath newer coats. ***** gave ** a quote for new board and ****** pre painted HardiePlank siding and painted flashing to cover the fascia that was equal to the quotes we had for repair and new paint. It included new vapor barrier and along with the expected life of the painted ******************* made much more financial sense than wasting money painting the aging shakes. We went with ****'s group and our house looks sharp! They finished the whole house in a handful of days and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite on site and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Builders and would use them again. As an added benefit for an old house, the vapor barrier helped tighten our envelope and along with some new windows has made temperature control of our upper story palpably more comfortable. There are a handful of good subcontractors to work with, and this group is one of them. They provided very good value and the work looks to be of high quality.“

“I am very pleased with the new roof on my front porch. I really appreciated the honest feedback Joel gave me when I called to have him come look at putting some flashing between my roof and front porch. He let me know the metal roof was not the right roof to install and gave me a quote on what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was upset because the company I had do the install, put the wrong roof on the porch. I did get a second opinion before I had Chase do the work. That company wanted to replace my entire roof! which is only 9 years old. This company is an honest company that does great work. I highly recommend them.“
