She customizes each training session based on chronic issues I have, and I do partner training with a friend to save on cost which also makes it more fun. Zenrock is a great environment and I always leave happier. Highly recommend!“
“Aham yoga is definitely the best place I have practiced yoga in. All the instructors are very friendly and give you personal attention to your needs. I have personally taken most classes with Aru and she is excellent. Also I love the community here!
Aham might be one of the very few places in WA that focus on mind + body yoga, whereas I have seen other places where yoga is treated like a workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga practice.“

“This place is truly magical. It is such a warm, inviting haven both in terms of the physical space and the community and culture that the teachers create. I took barre and body in motion with Melissa regularly and she always gives such a fun, upbeat, sassy class - her energy is contagious and she is hilarious! Yoga nidra with Beth is the best kept secret, truly a treat for the soul. You will be transported into a hypnotic dreamland of restoration. Yinyasa on Sundays with Michelle is the best way to close out the week. A mix of warm flow and indulgent lengthy poses that allow your body to melt and unwind, releasing tension you didn’t know you had. Sara’s classes are sweet and tender and just leave you feeling joy. I will miss this place so much. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Yoga Garden for being a gift to the community in every way! 💖 Haley“
