“I seen Dr Hansel around January-February 2024 requesting a blood test and testosterone. He said i think a urine test would be best, i went with his suggestion to find out my hormones were BELOW the charts. I had 0 sex drive, 0 libido, falling asleep sitting up, or standing (and ALL DAY long), Hot flashes, severe anger outbursts and rage, post Pardum depression and anxiety. In general I was completely done and drained. I seen homeopathy, allopathic, naturopathic, nothing worked and thousands gone down the drain. Well I did my own research to find hormones could be the issue. I went on a limb and scheduled with The New You dr. And I have pretty much fixed all of my issues at this point. “Having all the services you need in one building is awesome. Doctors, X-rays, labs, pharmacy...one stop shop. The nursing staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. My doctor- dr. Presson is a good listener and really takes the time to find the root of my problems. He is also big on preventative medicine, so I feel like my overall health is a priority. The only thing keeping from 5 stars is it can be hard sometimes to get an appointment right away. If they can fix the appointment access, they would be 5 stars easy!“

“The actual Provider's I've seen here over the years have been FANTASTIC! Also, the nurses and medical assistants have been great, too. However, at least one nurse and front office receptionist, as well as the staff setting appointments by phone in general make me cringe any time I think of them. The new lab staff and check in system are great-- much better than previous. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care because of the high level of professionalism, devotion, genuine care and concern I've experienced from them, especially Dr. Cara Ellis and Physician Assistant Alexis Griffiths. I wish this facility would remain with Providence and I'm genuinely concerned about how things will go in the future, given PeaceHealth is taking over and very poor experiences with them in general during many instances.“

“I had an urgent care appointment with symptoms that needed to be bumped in the queue based on triage guidelines and they did. They sent me to get testing first to keep things moving, and they never made me feel like I was unreasonable for coming in or being concerned. I was seen by Dr. Torres, and honestly I went in ready to be defensive and advocate strongly for myself as a patient but I didn't need to. I was listened to, my concerns were considered, and I was given multiple options on how to proceed so that I could make an informed decision. Look, I disagree with a lot about how Kaiser as a company is running things, they need to hire more staff and they need to pay them better. System wide quality of care is a serious concern. But I also want to be clear how grateful I am to the nurses, doctors, medical receptionists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, pharmacists, and everyone else for keeping this running under godawful circumstances. The US medical system is overloaded and struggling to function at full capacity, no individual doctor can fix that, but they still do their best in my experience. I've been a lifelong Kaiser member and I hope the company pulls it together so that I can continue to be.“
