This review is long overdue, considering that Dr. Knopf has been my Primary Care Physician since 2008.He truly is an amazing doctor! Smart and up to date on all the latest medical advancements, he also has an excellent beside manner, backed by years of experience. It's not easy to find the caliber of treatment that I receive from Dr. Knopf, so he will be my doctor until he retires, or I retire; whichever comes first. ?The staff here has always been so kind to me as well. I waited close to an hour past my appointment time. There is no sense of respect for your time. The staff only gave one update and didn't even check-in even though I'm sitting right in front of the check-in.The staff kept asking for paperwork, but it had been turned in days ago. Do they even check on the charts prior to a visit?

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Sutherland for about a year. I find her to be a good provider - when I’ve been able to get in for appointments, that is. Today I called with a relatively urgent issue and was told the soonest I could be seen was in 10 days. I can call at 8am Tues-Thurs to inquire about same-day appointments, yet they can’t just give me one of those same day appointment slots without me calling every day? This is the second time in a few months I’ve needed a timely appointment and been told I would need to wait a week or more to be seen. Last time they straight up told me to just go to urgent care.
