Dr Scribner lost me a lot of time, complicated my life significantly, and lost me thousands of dollars in fees and costs because he didn’t read a paper before signing it, and submitted unnecessary and inaccurate information. He eventually helped although was reticent to do so until I jumped through a number of hoops and never apologized. To top it off, he was unwilling to reorder his colleague’s basic lab work after his colleague left. Very disappointed with the office call wait times too over the past few years. I would not recommend getting primary care here.The MA’s were always nice though, as were the front office staff when I was able to get through.

Receptionist scheduled me for 1245 appointment on a Tuesday told me to come 15 minutes early and I asked, so does that mean, at 12:30 they replied yes, got here and lights are off doors unlocked, and as soon as the receptionist came in they blame someone for letting everybody in Because the door was supposed to be locked, receptionist is rude doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. She is very elderly. I would honestly change doctors or never come here. If you get the opportunity because they are trash doctor still hasn’t come to see me and it’s 1 o’clock.

I've been going here for about 1 year now and I've had 2 visits with the doctor I picked he's gone now. All other interactions with the staff have only to call and ask why my pharmacy can't get a response to simply refill my prescriptions. They're phone recording says to contact pharmacy but if they don't refill the prescriptions the pharmacy can't do anything about it. I'm finding a new doctors office I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
