“They were really great throughout the whole process. Dr. Raj seems like a chill guy and got my prescription perfectly tuned. They ordered me multiple sets of trial lenses after I was unimpressed with the initial set of monthlies. The communication was excellent and it was nice to feel like they were staying on top of things for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get a glasses prescription as part of the deal, so I'm going to have to go out of pocket for an additional exam somewhere else. I'd recommend communicating clearly that you need both prescriptions and checking with your insurance if you're concerned about the cost. It's cool to support a smaller practice though, and the staff seem pretty happy with their jobs, so I'm not too upset about it.“
