I've had a great experience with Vision Plus Burlington! Dr. Luke Hoekstra is always professional, kind, and seems to love his work. He makes my eye exams easy and fun, and he thoroughly answers any questions.
Impressed with this place. My bf and I got appointments right next to each other on the same day. He has a TBI and can be a difficult patient, plus he was already having a bad day. We took his ESA with us and everyone was very accommodating, professional, and kind. We were surprised by a fee (not the office's fault, something I wasn't aware our insurance wouldn't cover and had forgotten to ask about), and they were good about explaining everything, our options, etc. All-in-all, a very good experience. Dr. Hoekstra is excellent, works fast, and made the process painless. The place is very clean and comfortable.
Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. From the phone call to the check out process; easy and hassle free. Everyone was very polite and helpful; all my questions were answered. Thank you to Dr. G, Sarina, and Jen. Keep up the great work!
